Cancelling a Subscription
If you don’t want or need to use Mailarrow anymore, you can cancel your subscription following the steps outlined below. Once you cancel, you will retain access to the platform until the day of when the next payment would happen.
You can find the unsubscribe button in the left menu Settings > Billing.
Once on the subscription page, click “Cancel Plan” button and follow the steps of the popup. We will then send you a notification.
